System overview
Designed to redirect the angle of growth of long bones in pediatric patients, this system is particularly effective for gradual correction of angular deformities in children with an open physis.
Plate Design Features:
Curved and Stepped Plates:
Reduce the need for manual contouring during surgery, simplifying the procedure.
Minimize periosteal contact, ensuring less disruption to the bone’s natural growth process.
Limited Contact Design:
Reduces periosteal touch of the plate to minimize or to prevent bridging across the physis, preserving growth potential.
Plate Options:
The system offers four different plate options, categorized into two types:
Stepped Plates:
12mm
16mm
20mm
Curved Plates:
12mm
16mm
20mm
Screw Options:
The system includes both cannulated and non-cannulated cancellous screws, each equipped with self-drilling tips for efficient application.
Non-Cannulated Screws:
Length options: 24mm, 32mm, 40mm
Cannulated Screws:
Length options: 16mm, 20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm
