A modular frame paired with web-based planning software for deformity correction and fracture reduction.
System overview
Smart Fixator® combines rings, adjustable struts, fixation wires, screws and clamps. Its software supports correction planning using radiographic navigation.
The system is described for long-bone fractures, limb lengthening, nonunion, malunion and pseudoarthrosis. Consult the applicable instructions for use for indications, contraindications and precautions.

System components
Rings
Carbon fibre and aluminium options include full, partial and foot rings. Parallel holes accommodate wire and screw positioning.
Struts
Seven sizes, with standard and express configurations, support frame adjustment. Struts combine aluminium and titanium components.
Wires, screws and clamps
Standard and olive wires, tapered and coated screw options, and dedicated wire and screw clamps support different frame configurations.
UniX compatibility
The system is compatible with the UniX unilateral fixation family, including the Rail Fixator.
